- Inspection & Analysis Mechanical with electrical control system.
- Separate rotor from stator & General check lead wire, Slot wedge.
- Check toerance between bearing housing & Shaft on both sided.
- Overhaul stator winding motor.
- Cleaning stator winding & Rotor with high pressure steam system.
- Baking process in electrical oven & Re-Varnish teatment.
- Replace new bearing on both sided.
- Repairing bush bearing end shield on both sided (If Necessary).
- Repairing metalization shaft on both sided (If Necessary).
- Rotor balance setting.
- Assembling-Complete set.
- Check air gap between stator & rotor on D-End, ND-End.
- Stator winding insulation test.
- Test run and record all data.
- Final Test & Summary report
- Air brush painting tranport.
